Institute of Awakening Mindfulness (iAM) brings mindfulness research and practices to day-to-day living. Though mindfulness, the eastern wisdom, is an old concept, recently it became popular as a tool for overall wellbeing.

We believe that the concepts of mindfulness and tools can have a positive impact in most areas such as health, happiness, healing, leadership and performance. And we also understand the most of us will not be able to go for long silent retreats in the mountains. So our role to make these concepts and tools available to everyone in an easy, step by step way so that you can get the benefits without investing much of your time.

While we have heard that our thoughts and beliefs affect the reality we create, most of us did not have simple and practical tools and methodologies to practice and create our reality. Our aim is support humanity with easy to do mindfulness processes that could increase the quality of life.
